Our classes are suitable for anyone age 5 or over, all the way to adults. Families often train together, this is a great way for parents to encourage their children's development.

No! is the short answer, you develop and improve at your own pace, our classes are challenging and your fitness will improve with regular attendance.

in the first few classes just tracksuit bottoms/leggings and t shirt, once you have decided you are going to commit to our karate classes our branded uniforms can be purchased from us.

As often as you can, but at least once a week to begin with, however as you progress through the grading system twice a week is preferred. 

Our classes cost £6 per class and it is pay as you train. After 4 weeks you will be required to become a member of our club, this is £25 per year, you will at this time receive your Karate Licence and be eligible to take part in Gradings.. You will also be covered by our club insurance.

your journey to black belt depends on many factors, such as regular class attendance, home training and commitment. usually it takes between 4 and 5 years to achieve 1st Dan black belt

we teach a style of Korean Karate called Tang Soo Do and our syllabus is based on this, however we are not limited by our style and we encourage ideas in self defence methods
